Use of Online Ordering System
The contents described on this website include points requiring caution. Please be certain to read these points.
The prices shown are single unit costs. Note that when purchasing products, other costs, such as for shipment, will be incurred. In the order confirmation screen, the amount shown will be the total cost of the products with the shipping cost added. Please send your order after confirming this cost.
Please note that cancellation after product order confirmation will in principle not be possible, with the exception of the product return and cancelling situations mentioned below.

Ordering Procedure
1. Complete the necessary items on the Purchase Order Form and send it to us.
2. You will receive a mail from us confirming the contents of your order and the amount to be paid.
3. Confirm the content of the order confirmation mail that has been sent to you. If there is no problem, we will begin the process of shipping the goods to you.
  If there is a problem with the order content, or if you wish to cancel your order, you should send a mail to inform us of the situation within 12 hours of receiving our order confirmation mail. (If we do not receive any contact from you we will assume that the order has been confirmed and will begin arrangements for shipment.)
 4. The products will be delivered.
  (If you wish to have the products delivered to an address other than your home address, please ensure that you have filled in the appropriate box provided on the Purchase Order Form.

Gift Wrapping
  For customers wishing to have their purchases wrapped as gifts, we will deliver the purchased goods gift-wrapped with an original message card attached. If you wish to make use of this service, please let us know when you send your order.

Payment
 

Please note that the payment amount will be charged to the credit card given at the time of ordering.

  * The amount will be automatically deducted from the account specified in the memberfs agreement with each credit card company.
  * Details of the deduction should be confirmed with each credit card company.

Product Delivery
Delivery will be limited to within Europe and United States.
Products that are in stock can normally be prepared for shipping within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. (In the event that an item has been sold out, we will contact you by e-mail.)
Products will be sent as small packages by air mail. The number of days required for delivery will be around 1 week.
Regarding the shipping date, although you will be asked to give your preferred delivery date when completing the Purchase Order Form, following order confirmation we will contact you by mail to confirm the date after checking whether the products are in stock and your preferred delivery date.
 

Please note that all shipments outside Japan may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We are not able to accept questions regarding duties and taxes; please contact your local tax authority.

The product cost is the basic unit cost that does not include consumption tax. Consumption taxes will be incurred in the country that the goods are sent to. Local consumption taxes and customs clearance charges should be paid in the local currency.


[Shipping Cost]
The shipping cost will differ according to the total number of products purchased.
A shipping cost of ¥3,000 will cover delivery of the following:
Electronic Calculator: 3 or less
Electronic Calculator and Exclusive Cover: 2 or less
Desktop Calculator: 3 or less
Earphones: 6 or less
Electronic Calculator and Exclusive Cover and Earphones: 1 set or less
  * For orders larger than the above, please note that the shipping cost will be ¥6,000.

Product Return and Cancellation of Orders
Please note that with the exception of the product return and cancelling situations mentioned below, it will not be possible to cancel orders after they have been placed.
If there is a mistake in the order content, or if you wish to cancel your order, you should send us a mail to inform us of the situation within 12 hours of receiving our order confirmation. (If we do not receive any contact from you we will assume that the order has been confirmed and will begin arrangements for shipment.)
If you wish to return the products after they have been delivered to you, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods. Note that product return will not be possible after more than 7 days have passed. Further, please take care of the following situations, where product return will not be possible even if you contact us within the 7-day period:

(1) Products that have been removed from their packaging and used by customers(except in the situation in which a product defect has been determined to have occurred after use.)
(2) Products that have been scratched or damaged after delivery to the customer.

Please note that after the products have been sent out and received by the customer, the delivery cost for returning or exchanging products at the request of the customer will be borne by the customer.
If the delivered products are found to have been damaged, scratched, or to be initially defective due to an accident occurring during shipping, the products will be replaced and the delivery cost will be borne by this company.
For products that are returned, if the packaging has been opened, a box fee may be charged even if the product has not been used.
